You click one button. AI creates a complete first draft in about 60 seconds using your company information and what we know about the funder: their preferences, what they've funded before, and what wins. You read it, make any changes you want, and submit.

I'm a founder. How do investor introductions work, and are there limits?

Seeing your investor matches and AI briefs is unlimited on Pro and Scale. The facilitated introductions, where our team personally reaches out to an investor on your behalf, are what's metered: the startup Pro plan includes 1 per month and startup Scale includes 4 per month. Need more in a given month? Buy extra intros any time for $25 each. Included intros reset monthly; purchased credits stay valid for 12 months. (Investors aren't capped. Investor plans connect with matched founders with no monthly limits.)

What does a facilitated introduction actually include?

You pick an investor whose thesis fits you and write a short note. We review it, prepare a tailored brief, and approach the investor through the right warm-intro path. We know how to reach the people who can write you a check. You can track every request's status in your Investors tab, and we let you know the moment we make contact.

On the Scale plan, you complete a simple checklist about your startup. Once you pass, a badge appears on your profile that tells investors you've been checked out. It helps you stand out and get taken seriously faster.

What are the 30-minute strategy consultation calls?

A live 1:1 with a Grantverse strategist. Book it for capital-stack calibration, pitch review, thesis tune-up, deal triage, or whatever unblocks your next move. Pro users can book them à la carte at $149 per call. Scale (startups) includes 1 call per quarter; Institutional (investors) includes up to 2 calls per quarter. Unused calls don't roll over. Free tier has no access.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing period. Your data stays safe no matter what.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes. Paying yearly saves you about 20% versus paying monthly. If you cancel partway through the year, you get a refund for the months you didn't use, with no penalty.
