We make sure you only spend effort on grants you can actually win, then we do the heavy lifting. We match you to grants you qualify for and show what each funder rewards. On Scale, the AI Writer reads the funder's real application, sets up every section they ask for, and writes the full application in your voice, following the funder's own template where they publish one (Horizon Europe, NIH, NSF, Innovate UK and more). You approve every section before anything is final.

Do you write my grant application for me?

On Scale, yes. The AI Writer writes applications and funding documents in your own voice, and it never invents: every number comes from your profile, and anything we don't know is flagged for you instead of made up. It follows the funder's own application template where one is published, you can ask it to revise any section ("more technical", "shorter"), with revision rounds included per application, and when you're done you download it as Word or PDF. You approve every section, so the application is genuinely yours. Where a funder publishes a restriction on AI-drafted text, we tell you plainly before you start and remind you to review the final version closely and make it yours before submitting; we do not take the tool away. If you would rather author it yourself, interview mode is there whenever you want it: you write in your own words and we organise, check and critique them. On Pro, the AI Writer is an optional add-on: buy 5 full applications written for you for $49, one-off, whenever you need one. And to be plain: we never guarantee that any application wins.

I'm a founder. How does investor outreach work, and are there limits?

Seeing your investor matches and AI briefs is unlimited on Pro and Scale. The outreach, where our team reaches out to an investor on your behalf, is what's metered: the startup Pro plan includes 1 per month and startup Scale includes 4 per month. Included outreaches reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Whether an investor takes the conversation forward is always their call. Our job is to make sure you arrive the right way: a tailored brief, through the warmest path we can find. (Investors aren't capped. Investor plans connect with matched founders with no monthly limits.)

What does an investor outreach actually include?

You pick an investor whose thesis fits you and write a short note. We review it, prepare a tailored brief, and reach out to the investor on your behalf through the warmest path we have. You can track every request's status in your Investors tab, and we let you know as soon as we hear back. Whether they reply is up to them, but a warm, tailored approach gives you a far better shot than a cold email.

Startups on Scale get one 30-minute strategy call each month, led by our founder, whose team has helped startups secure more than $30 million in grants and other non-dilutive funding. You book it through a simple scheduling link and use it for whatever moves you forward: funding strategy, your capital plan, or pitch feedback. Calls don't roll over. Pro users can book a single call any time for $149. Institutional investors include up to 2 calls per quarter. Free tier has no access.

The AI Writer (Scale) is the step up: it writes for you, 3 complete applications and 10 short documents each month, in your voice, from your own numbers. On Pro you can also buy a pack of 5 full drafts plus 5 short documents for $49, one-off, whenever you need an application written. They don't share a meter: asking the Advisor never uses up your writing, and writing never uses up your questions.
